SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
1.1 SHIPPING COSTS AND ESTIMATED TIME
We deliver worldwide.
Free Shipping is currently available for all countries for purchases with a total value exceeding 400 euro. A shipping cost of 25 euro / 35 USD will be applied on all orders that are inferior to this amount.
All deliveries are made with DHL International GmbH. The orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy to your delivery address. At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarder addresses.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 11 in the morning.
Please notice that all orders which are placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Orders that are placed on Thursday afternoon will be processed and sent out on Friday. These orders will generally reach you after the weekend.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
European Union: 1-2 working days. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the DHL tracking number to monitor the status of the delivery.
Other countries: 5 to 10 working days. Please be aware that in case of deliveries outside the European Union, orders are processed but they are not shipped on the same day.
Luxury Development S.R.L. shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of any shipping delays, but before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.
We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
2. ORDER INFORMATION
2.1 ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING ADDRESS
The Collini Online Store provides the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy to comfortably send an order to an office address or to a friend.
2.2 CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been confirmed or shipped.
All items purchased at the Collini Online Store can be returned within 14 days. In case you need further support, our Customer Care will be happy to provide assistance
2.3 PACKAGING
Depending on the product purchased, your order will be wrapped or packed in Collini garment bags, boxes or dustbags.
Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from robbery.
2.4 INSURANCE
Luxury Development S.R.L. insures all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box.

3. DUTIES AND TAXES
We ship to most destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. The prices indicated on our pages are gross prices, that is, already inclusive of VAT. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected. The price you see is the price you pay.
3.1 DDU (DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID)
In DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations, product price displayed do not include all taxes and duties. Taxes and duties within these destinations are collected upon delivery.
The following countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and will require payment upon arrival:
- Algeria
- Armenia
- Azerbaijan
- Belarus
- Georgia
- Kazakhstan
- Moldova
- Mongolia
- Montenegro
- Russia
- Ukraine
- Uzbekistan
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
4.1 OUR GUIDELINES
Every article purchased in the Collini Online Store can be returned. The return is free of charge, which means that we cover the pick-up/return shipment of your items.
You can return your item within 14 days (the 14-day period starts on the day in which you receive your order).
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as dust bags and tags should be included with your return. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Stockings, socks and tights may be only be returned if the package has not been opened.
Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.
4.2 RETURN PROCESS
To return one or more items from your order, please click here.
Your return may take up to 7 business days to be handled by our warehouse. After that you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment.
Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please notice that we can only exchange items for another size/color, NOT for a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order for it.
The return is free of charge, which means that we cover the pick-up/return shipment of your items.
4.3 REFUND ITEM
Refunds may take up to 15 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our warehouse.
Of course we do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 14 days, in fact:
1. Refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts normally take up to 5 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.
2. Refund payments to bank accounts normally take up to 10 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.
- Please note that the original shipping costs for the delivery of your order will not be refunded.
