SS22 MEN’S AND WOMEN’S COLLECTION “Let the Stars In”

For SS22, Collini takes a celestial journey through  star  constellations and the magical elements of fire, earth, air and water that inspire this season’s collection for men and women.  An astrological starship, blasting off with  a stellar explosion of flash  and color.

Ready to embark on their zodiac odyssey, the Collini couple dons matching star jacquard  suits, close fit jackets with flared pants, for him in blue/green iridescent and for her in sparkling silver/gold.

The Collini woman packs her bag for the trip, taking with her new creations from the brand like silk blouses woven with metallic thread, that can be continually sculpted while retaining their shape. Versatile shirts have minidress volumes,  she chooses an iridescent white version with  exaggerated shoulders, over slim lilac pants embellished with sequins and metallic  orange stiletto  platform ankle boots featuring gold glitter wrapped heels.

The same slim yet comfy  sequined pants are worn with  matching blouse,   in homage to ”Space 1999”- inspired   astronaut glamour, and  are perfect for evening star gazing.

Her  Air  sign favorite is a flared campana top in bi-color bronze and bougainvillea Mikado satin  over slim bronze bell bottom trousers, with  a tailored bronze blazer featuring macro fringe in place of sleeves.

The element of Water is represented by a  monochrome aqua silk  blazer embellished with woven marabou-like  sleeves  worn with matching aqua marabou-like  ankle length culottes and shiny white leather  camperos.

The sunny yellow bodysuit is combined with towering thigh high satin heels while prints are 70s style and reinforce Collini’s  glam-rock  nature.

The Collini man flaunts a stellar version of the Collini  classic glamour rock attitude. A flowing  floral python inspired silk blouse   tucked into super sexy clay  colored python print  jeans over matching python print  leather  ankle boots represents his Earth element.  Or he’s on Fire with a gilded wire and silk blouse over relaxed athleisure cut pants in golden  crocodile print comfort jersey.

A pervasive bowling  shirt in liquid silver is combined with python print shorts or with a luxury boxy cut silk crepe suit in earthy burnt orange. While the Air element is manifested by a sky blue suit with gold shirt and white camperos.

All looks were shot at  COLLINI ROOMS, a new address in the Milanese hospitality scene where guests are transported into a colorful and unexpected dimension populated by superheroes and imaginary creatures.
